About the Facility Manager Role
We’re looking for someone who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office space and facilities. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our physical workspace, from maintenance and repairs to procurement, security and cleanliness. Your primary goal will be to create an environment where our team members can thrive, collaborate, and focus on driving our mission forward.

We’ll trust you to:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, and renovations, to ensure our facilities are in optimal condition at all times.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe and secure workplace for all employees and visitors.
- Manage the upkeep and organization of our physical office space, including but not limited to workspaces, kitchen equipment, collaborative spaces, office supplies, storage rooms, or any dedicated spaces.
- Collaborate with various teams to assess space utilization and plan for future growth, ensuring our workspace is efficiently organized and equipped to support our evolving needs.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of new office creations, renovations, and relocations, taking charge of planning, project management, and execution from start to finish.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, or service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of facility services and supplies.
- Procure necessary office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations within the facility.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or safety.
- Conduct daily rounds through the entire office space, maintaining a keen eye for detail as it relates to the repair of furniture, structural concerns, cleanliness, and maintenance.
