About the Finance Manager Role

We are looking for a dynamic and critical-thinking professional who can build develop and lead all finance efforts for the company to support our vision. The successful candidate will need to be an independent, high-achieving individual, able to provide tactical and strategic support in all aspects of our finances. This role will also involve managing our finance associates and accountants.

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of our delivery hub. This individual will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.

You'll work side by side with a tight-knit team of creative problem solvers. So, an ideal candidate will be solution-oriented and apply a high level of rigor and attention to detail to work. You should be able to multi-task and reprioritize workstreams according to rapidly changing developments and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. As the finance manager, you would be directly responsible for helping us define the best processes for our finances and also be the point person for anything finance-related.

This role is full-time. You will report directly to the CFO.
